The Norwell Knights 7th grade girls basketball team secured a hard-fought victory over the Adams Central Jets with a 24-20 win in a thrilling contest. The game was tightly contested from start to finish. Leading the charge for Norwell, Piper Krumma and Paizley Price each contributed 6 points, providing a solid offensive foundation. Rylie Van't Hof also added 6 points, showcasing her scoring ability when it mattered most. Emma Moon and Mercy Meyer rounded out the scoring, with Moon contributing 4 points and Meyer adding 2 points to help seal the victory. The Norwell Knights 8th grade girls basketball team put on an impressive display of skill and teamwork, cruising to a dominant 57-9 victory over the Adams Central Jets. The Knights’ offense was firing on all cylinders, with multiple players contributing to the scoring in a well-rounded performance. Leading the charge for Norwell was Ally Graft, who scored 9 points, while Kendall Fegley and Elizabeth Mann each added 8 points. Stella Tumbleson also chipped in 8 points, continuing her strong play. Hadley Meyer contributed 7 points, and Avery Thornton scored 5 points to help build an insurmountable lead. Kynnlei Beste and Rilynn Hoopingarner each scored 4 points, and Hadie Isch added 2 points, showcasing the depth of the Knights' offensive attack. The Lady Knights will next travel to Riverview on Wednesday, December 18th for a 5:00pm 7th grade start.
