Norwell Middle School

The Norwell Knights 7th grade girls basketball team put on an impressive performance in their 39-9 victory over the Leo Lions. The Knights showed off their offensive depth and strong defense, with multiple players contributing to the blowout win. Leading the charge was Piper Krumma, who had a standout game, scoring 20 points to lead all scorers. Camryn McCartney and Annabelle Gill each chipped in 4 points, while Mercy Meyer and Paizley Price added 4 points apiece. Emma Moon also contributed with 2 points, and Ada Campbell rounded out the scoring with 1 point. The 8th grade Norwell Knights basketball team delivered an outstanding performance in their dominant 47-12 win over the Leo Lions. The Knights' balanced offensive attack and suffocating defense were too much for Leo to handle as they cruised to a decisive victory. Kendall Fegley led the way for Norwell with 11 points, showcasing her scoring ability throughout the game. Avery Thornton and Kynnlei Beste each added 6 points, while Ally Graft contributed 7 points to the Knights' total. Hadley Meyer also had a strong showing with 8 points, and Rilynn Hoopingarner added 5 points to round out the scoring. Stella Tumbleson and Elizabeth Mann each chipped in 2 points as well. The girls will next travel to East Noble on Wednesday, December 4th to take on the Knights with the 7th grade game beginning at 5:00pm.
