The 7th grade Norwell Knights dominated the New Haven Bulldogs in a decisive 42-12 win Monday night. The Knights displayed a well-balanced offensive attack, with contributions from every player on the roster. Leading the charge was Paxton Frisch, who put up an impressive 11 points. Oakley Bryant and Jace Reinhard each added 6 points, helping to extend Norwell's lead throughout the game. Cooper Figert contributed 5 points, while Reece Goeglein (3 points), Clark Evans (2 points), and Weston Harris (2 points) all played key roles in the victory. Other contributors included Wesley Dafforn (2 points), Nolan Hitzfield (1 point), Mason Vendal (2 points), and Gabe Gerber (2 points), rounding out the team effort that overwhelmed the Bulldogs. The 8th grade Norwell Knights delivered a commanding performance, defeating the New Haven Bulldogs 52-11. Norwell's balanced offensive attack and stifling defense overwhelmed New Haven throughout the game. Leading the way for the Knights was Titus Jacob, who scored a team-high 12 points. Benji Lukins added 10 points, and Maddux Thornton chipped in 6 points, contributing to Norwell’s strong offensive showing. Reid Bolyn also had a solid performance with 6 points, while Miles Daugherty scored 6 points as well, making significant contributions in the win. Landon Clark and Cody Waldman both scored 4 points, and Griffin Bailey rounded out the scoring with 2 points. The Knights' defense was just as impressive, limiting the Bulldogs to just 11 points in the game, securing the dominant victory. The Knights finish the week at home Tuesday, November 26th when they host the Southern Wells Raiders for a 5:00pm 7th grade tipoff.
