Norwell Middle School

The 7th & 8th grade football teams kicked off their 2024 season last night at home against Bluffton. Norwell's 7th grade team won a thriller over the Tigers 14-13. The Knights opened the scoring in the first quarter with a touchdown run by Cooper Figert. Tyson Taylor punched in a touchdown before half to make it 14-0. Bluffton fought back with two touchdowns of their own; however, a failed PAT proved costly. Norwell found it challenging to generate offense in the 8th grade game and were defeated by Bluffton 31-0. The Knights will travel to DeKalb on Wednesday, September 4th for a 5:30pm 7th grade kickoff.
