Norwell Middle School

The Norwell Middle School girls swim team turned in an impressive performance at the 2026 Norwell Invitational, finishing a close second in a highly competitive field. Norwell totaled 452.5 points, just 10.5 points behind first-place South Adams (463), and well ahead of third-place Bellmont (312.5). Leading the way for the Lady Knights was sixth grader Naomi Falk, who captured the individual title in the 100-yard breaststroke with a winning time of 1:25.63. Falk’s first-place finish highlighted a strong overall team effort that kept Norwell in contention throughout the meet. The Norwell Boys Invite will be held on Thursday, February 12th at 5:00pm.
